This magical double sided silver plated heart fairy locket (with necklace) is decorated with crystals and looks lovely during the day, but at night it glows giving it the real WOW factor. The heart emits a serene turquoise-blue glow. The internal pendant is made of luminous material and needs to absorb ultraviolet light to achieve the best glowing effects. It can naturally absorb the sunlight, lamplight and especially ultraviolet light, but please do not put it under direct torchlight as it will damage the necklace color. Once fully charged the pendant will glow at full strength for the first 30 minutes and then gradually fade and emit a gentle glow for a further couple of hours
Please Note: You need to charge the necklace under direct sunlight or in a bright lit room for 4-6 hours to see the turquoise-blue glow. The necklace looks ivory in color when uncharged and won't glow if it's not charged.
Also, because there has been no light absorption during transportation once you receive the locket please let it absorb the light fully (exposure time about one hour), then it can glow in the dark.
